管理行政酒廊的日常运营，为行政酒廊的客人提供最高水平的服务。保持行政酒廊健康安全的工作环境。针对每个团队成员的表现，进行评估并制定职业提升计划。最小化运营费用。

Requirements 任职资格:

1.College Degree and above,excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

大学专科及以上学历，优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。

2.Executive Lounge background in five star luxury hotel is a need.

须有五星豪华酒店行政酒廊工作背景。

3.Running of the department in an efficient and effective manner delivering the high possible standards of service,whilst being pro-Active in maintaining and improving turnover and profitability.

以高效的方式提供高标准的服务，同时积极保持和提高营业额和盈利能力。

4.Maintains and implements effective inter personal and negotiation skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力。

5.Ability to use related computer systems.

能够使用相关的计算机系统。

Experiences 经验要求:

Min 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury hotels.

2年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验。
